Previously, Tom was Group Executive for the Diversified Industries Group of Acxiom Corporation that provided data management, database analysis, strategy, campaign planning, implementation, and tracking and reporting for banking clients needing integrated solutions in both on-line and off-line marketing mediums.
During his career at Acxiom, Tom also worked in the InfoBase Data Unit, from start-up in 1988 to over $100 million in sales in 2001. He held various roles with InfoBase, including Director of Finance & Administration, Sales Executive, Business Unit Leader, and Group Leader of Sales & Product Management, with full P&L responsibility. Tom’s vision for InfoBase resulted in the development of PersonicX®, the first household segmentation product introduced in the U.S.
Tom earned two Masters of Arts degrees from Webster University: The first one in Marketing, and the other in Computer Resources and Information Management. His undergraduate degree is in Accounting from Harding University.
Previously, Curt served as vice president of sales for direct marketing agency Response Marketing Group, and was co-owner and sales director for Alcott+Routon Inc., a direct marketing agency now part of Harland Financial Solutions. Curt also led teams that successfully developed multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns for top-tier banks and credit unions while Business Unit Leader of Acxiom Direct.
Tim joined Infusion from Acxiom Corporation, a provider of marketing technology and services, where he served as Senior Strategist and financial services consultant for the company’s marketing agency unit, Acxiom Direct. In that role he consulted with and advised executives at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, SunTrust, HSBC, as well as a variety of other banks and credit unions. Prior to that, Tim gained experience as a retail Senior Vice President at First Tennessee Bank and VP of Direct Marketing at Amsouth Bank. Tim has worked with hundreds of banks and credit unions—large and small—on bank strategy and marketing issues. He is also a banking and credit union conference speaker and contributes articles on marketing strategy and programs to banking and credit union industry publications.
Tim earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Mississippi College.
Ricky has more than 40 years of experience solving complex systems and data problems, having designed and built technology solutions for some of the country’s largest and best-known corporations including IBM, GM, Macy’s, Luxottica, Blockbuster and Acxiom. Previously, at Systematics (now part of Fidelity), he implemented application software for large commercial lenders and other financial services clients.
Ricky started his career at IBM, where he served as a systems engineer, systems engineering manager and supported technical sales for DB2.
Ricky graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 1977.
