Tim co-founded Infusion in 2007 and works as the company’s strategy leader. His focus is on working directly with C-level marketing, retail and administrative leadership at banks and credit unions to facilitate and present comprehensive household data analyses, identify relevant growth opportunities, develop and recommend marketing strategies and programs, and track, evaluate and present campaign results.</p> <p>Tim joined Infusion from Acxiom Corporation, a provider of marketing technology and services, where he served as Senior Strategist and financial services consultant for the company’s marketing agency unit, Acxiom Direct. In that role he consulted with and advised executives at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, SunTrust, HSBC, as well as a variety of other banks and credit unions. Prior to that, Tim gained experience as a retail Senior Vice President at First Tennessee Bank and VP of Direct Marketing at Amsouth Bank. Tim has worked with hundreds of banks and credit unions—large and small—on bank strategy and marketing issues. He is also a banking and credit union conference speaker and contributes articles on marketing strategy and programs to banking and credit union industry publications.</p> <p>Tim earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Mississippi College.
Ricky co-founded Infusion Marketing Group in 2007 and serves as the organization’s chief data and technology officer. Ricky is responsible for conducting data analyses for banking and credit union clients and ensuring that FDIC data security and information privacy standards are rigorously upheld.</p> <p>Ricky has more than 40 years of experience solving complex systems and data problems, having designed and built technology solutions for some of the country’s largest and best-known corporations including IBM, GM, Macy’s, Luxottica, Blockbuster and Acxiom. Previously, at Systematics (now part of Fidelity), he implemented application software for large commercial lenders and other financial services clients.</p> <p>Ricky started his career at IBM, where he served as a systems engineer, systems engineering manager and supported technical sales for DB2.</p> <p>Ricky graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 1977.
